Danielle came to our rescue when we were overwhelmed with what we needed to do to prepare for our lives after retirement. She was compassionate, efficient and effective in that she was able to translate “legal-ese” into layman terms we could understand, listen to our concerns and yet move us along the process in a way that was sensitive to our time and ability to absorb all this new information. As novices in the legal jungle, Danielle was able to guide us through all the necessary steps and options. Since Montana Elder Law does not currently have an office in Billings, Danielle arranged to work with us by phone and email to gather most of the information she needed to begin the paperwork. This saved us making several trips to Bozeman. As we worked through our needs, she explained different options and ideas, reviewing the risks and benefits of each of these. It was extremely helpful to have the one-on-one service with Danielle so we both knew what we had discussed previously. When we got together for our last meeting, she had our estate planning paperwork prepared as well as the necessary witnesses for our signatures. Our plan included setting up a Family Protection Trust, our powers of attorney, our Healthcare powers of attorney and our wills. In addition, she also prepared plans for our funerals, for how we wanted them done as well as how we would like our personal items distributed. She seemed to leave no stone unturned in preparing the documents. The final official paperwork was compiled in a binder with supplemental storage for additional forms or items we want our survivors to know about. We were most excited about receiving all the documents on a USB drive so we could have a full copy with our trustee and the executor of our will. We are extremely pleased with the process we went through and with the guidance Danielle gave us. Subsequent to the final meeting Danielle has responded quickly to any questions we have had. We enthusiastically recommend Danielle and Montana Elder Law to everyone before they get any older and wish they had done this sooner. Thanks Danielle!

Danielle was extremely knowledgeable regarding Montana family estate planning. Even took the extra time to come to us as we had a family member on hospice. Very pleased with her work and the quick turn around time. Would highly recommend!
