Don’t do business with this fraud. Can’t even clear a speeding ticket. Sends fine notice after due date with court. Avoid at all costs. Fought the ticket with affidavit. Better to fight it your self. Tried talking to this fraud on the phone but had no explaination and said he would call back. It’s been 2 weeks and no phone back.

If you love paying fines in addition to attorney fees, this is your guy. He will do absolutely nothing and collect his fee. You'll find out later by mail that he lost. Cancelling TVC. What a joke.

We paid this attorney hundreds of dollars to battle a speeding ticket. Not only did he have the worst contact with me imaginable, but he hardly reduced my ticket at all. I honestly could've hired the manager of the McDonald's down the street and he would've done a better job. Choose anyone else.

If your with TVC, rethink your choice! They did help with some of my citations, but at the end, they were most likely reduced speeds.

Wade worked extremely hard on getting a difficult case handled for me. Wade and his staff were amazing. Every road block that came about they were there to advise and work through them. I definitely would use his office again. He even made himself and staff available on weekends and holidays for my case. Thank you for your help.

Our trucking company have tried to fight several traffic citation in Oregon State with Wade P. Bettis and they won 0 cases. For me looking like they just collect fee and do nothing. Customer service is great, but what's a point.

They don’t want to even try, they have minimal contact on anything going on, or what you need to do. They took 500+ and I was found guilty on multiple tickets and they tell me to plead guilty and pay a deducted price, and don’t even try fighting for the ticket, I agree with all the other 1 star ratings

Worst law firm ever. If you need representation. You might as well do it yourself. Paid 400 dollars plus a monthly membership. This guys didnt even show up to court or fight to get the ticket dismissed or even off my record. A dead person does more than them . Lazy. Not informed. Even said "it's your fault for driving too fast" when I called him out for not even showing up to court or even sending my notarized affidavit to the court. Keep your money, walk away from this lawyers. Had to call multiple times to get an update. Then was told they would re open the case and fight to get it removed from my record. All they did was send in my affidavit finally. Confirmed with the court. Lawyer did not even send in an argument. Got it confirmed by the judges clerk. I tried to get my money back. But they lied saying they represented me from the get go even though they didnt so couldn't even get my money back.

Give money to a homeless,and God will help you more.I have no idea how this dude got the attorney license.Not recommending at all!One star is too much for him!

Seriously disappointed in this office. Traffic ticket case and the entire time was “I’ll get back to you” and never does. No emails, no nothing. Just silence. Find another lawyer, trust me.

Wade got my citation reduced to a fine with no record penalties. :)

This attorney is a total dumbass. Save you're money go somewhere else. He took a case for us did not even bother to show up to court.

I was told myself if I send him the money in full he would help my husband get this ticket reduced and even nocked off of his record after only going to court for him once to plea not guilty then send in his written afadavid. Along with one from his witness and doesn't even show his face to the judge to fight it.
So he waits and after not returning my calls or even taking them to see what's going on. He was rude as can be and says the reason he didn't fight it is because it's not like I have judges in my pocket and hung up. That's when I finally got an email he couldn't even say it himself knowing y I was calling. He didn't even get it reduced he threw my husband and his driving record to the shark's and took our money. Just remember CARMA.

Wade has helped me with several issues. He's reliable and affordable. I find it funny that people write negative reviews when they don't get their way. Attorneys are unable to bend the law in your favor!

My husband was appointed this attorney through cdl consultant. My husband is a cdl driver he depends on his license. He received a speeding ticket in klamath falls county therefore he was appointed to us. We were promise something totally different than the services render. We were told he was going to reduce the ticket to a non moving violation. After several attempts to get in contact with the lawyer I was able to speak with him. He was a rude person. He didn't do anything for my husband as an attorney. I told him what were some options he might suggest and he said it was up to the court to decide. He told my husband to write what happen in an affidavit that he was going to submit to the court. He want my husband to admit he was guilty. So why did we hire him. For nothing I could have done that myself without having to pay for his so called services. He didn't even show up to court. I called today to see what was the veridict and they didn't even know. I had to personally call the court myself. Will not recommend that thief lawyer he charge my husband for something I could have done. My husband works so hard for his money so that this attorney can charge for his services that he did not provide. Isn't an attorney suppose to fight for the customers, well not in this case. Please find another attorney not this one.
