After a divorce, I found myself overwhelmed with debt. I tried a debt management program for several months, but not all of the creditors were willing to work with me. The phone calls were relentless. Finally, I decided to get an attorney to help me get my life back. Olsen Daines informed me of my options, guided me through my decisions, and instructed me about what I needed to successfully file a bankruptcy. When I went to the hearing for the creditors, there was no challenge and all of the information that I was suppose to submit was there. By far the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the very beginning Tim and Kevin were not truthful when filling out my chapter 11 paperwork. The amount of money I made and the taxes I pay were different than my actual paycheck stub. I talked to both Tim and Kevin about a plan modification due to a change in my monthly expenses. On 8/21/19 I was sent the amended docs to sign; which I signed the next day. I received an email on 10/4/19 from Tim stating that the modification had not been submitted because “we are working out some issues with the trustee.” The modification has not been submitted as of today 11/21/19. I have sent several email, text messages and called the office. I have heard nothing. They have avoided me for over a month now! I would not recommend OlsenDaines Kennewick, WA office to anyone.

Great follow up and very helpful. They offer the tools and resources to their clients that are needed to be successful both before and after the bankruptcy. The price was fair and realistic and they actually approach their clients as customers and offer good customer service, which is rare with attorneys. I'd definitely recommend Olsen Daines. Price was fair and services reasonable. Friendly staff and very responsive when questions were asked. There were a couple minor oversights but they were quickly fixed. I would definitely recommend.

Worst experience ever. We had for a family member. Paper work was taken misplaced and Never found scary since it's all confidential. Attorney late to court house. Receptionist was rude. Took about 4 months to finish a chapter 7!!! Because of misplaced Unorganized office.
