Not pleased with these lawyers. Still haven't heard from Thomas Bothell since my court date that was in June and got a denial letter from social security. Not even a courtesy call. Very disappointed☹️ ☹️

I was terminated without notice after not following his demand because of my PTSD. He high five my bf for getting me to be quiet. Unprofessional!!

If it was not for Thomas Bothwell I could have been eating out of a dumpster and maybe even homeless. My kids eat well, not because SSI was willing to pay me when I had to be spoon fed for 7 months, but because Thomas was not going to lose. Do you think I care if he does it for the money? He deserves it. Its not his fault that SSI doesnt take you seriously until you have an atty. Bottom line here is that I didnt go to his office for a friend, I went there because I had fought SSI for going on 3 years on my own filing appeals when I was clearly incapacitated, and they were going to let me slip through the cracks. Thomas worked hard, I didnt always like him and he may not have liked me but we both got our dues from our agreement and I left satisfied. Thank you Thomas. You made a huge difference in my life.

I went there,and Bothwell spent only 2 minutes, just to tell me that he wouldn't be taking case,because "they wouldn't be making enough money,and it wasn't worth their time"..I wish that they would have stated that,in their commercials, as they act like they care,unless their onky making a few hundred dollars.for Bothwell's information, he lost out on 15 thousand (backpay),and another REAL lawyer got his cut instead.I don't recommend Bothwell or his law firm at all

Mr Bothwell and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire experience! From my consultation, until my case finally went to a hearing, I was not only walked through what to expect from when I heard from Social Security, but Miriam (Mr Bothwell's assistant), always made sure all my questions were answered even if it seemed to be a seemingly small question. Miriam also was able to assist me with the challenging task of requesting medical records from my doctors who are out of state (which was not an easy thing), and I felt that she really did go above and beyond for my particular case.
Additionally, when my case went to court for appealing the decision made on my case, not only did Mr Bothwell stay by my side the entire time we were at the court house, but before we even set foot towards the court house, I was very well prepared for going to court, had all of my questions answered and met with Mr Bothwell a few times the month before (plus Miriam was also available to answer questions and helped me prepare too). Between Miriam and Mr Bothwell I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process, especially on the court date.

I was a client of Mr. Bothwell for almost 6 years. Mr. Bothwell and his assistants, most notably Christina, always treated me fairly and with respect and kindness in those nearly 6 years of being a client. My case was not favorable in the end, it went all the way to federal level with a second hearing, and I do not doubt that I would not have been able to go through this whole process without all of their help! I would recommend anyone to have a consult with them, they are some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Thanks for everything these last 6 years Mr. Bothwell and Christina!

I was very impressed with everyone whom which I interacted.

They did the least possible for me and my case, then they took it upon themselves to close my L&I case before even asking me! They did nothing for years while I paid for my education, and looking back, it wasn't until I received my Masters that they closed the case on me. After that, they informed me when I asked about SS Disability that they didn't do that, I would have to find another attorney! It wasn't until my current attorney that pointed out to me that they do, do SS Disability.

Was not happy with his service or his attitude, he’s rude and uncaring. I would think that for an attorney for this line of work he needs to be a bit more empathetic. I didn’t like him from the get go with his attitude and the way he doesn’t listen to what you say. All that money we paid him and all for nothing, my son lost his case, needless to say I will be going with another attorney for his appeal. Next time I will read reviews. I will never recommend him to anyone

This lawyer didn't even look at my case or have a consultation with me. He simply decided that because my attorney in Texas didn't do his job he didn't want to help me either. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.
