They nickle and dime you to death and provide terrible service!

Colin Folawn in his professional capacity as an attorney so-called could not have cared less when Leland Ripley lost my entire case file. Why did he not care? Because Leland was former head of the Washington State Bar Association and has more power than I do in the system--pure and simple. This is despite the fact that keeping a client's materials safe is the most fundamental thing an attorney can do. Colin systematically harassed me when I was pregnant causing serious health concerns. He violated egregiously my rights to due process. Colin is a psychopath and he falls below the ethical threshold of an attorney who should be practicing law in the great state of Oregon.

I’ve worked with several of the partners for the last seven years. The firm well represents its clients and provides solid legal counsel.

If I could give this firm less than one star I would. I personally witnessed that two attorneys at this firm, Ohle William and Emily Fullerton lied about not receiving service, when the USPS tracking number provided by the federal government proved they had received service. If the attorneys at this firm are wiling to lie about this with absolutely no compunction or accountability, what is it they will not lie about?

I have been working with Schwabe Williamson and Wyatt for over 10 years and they handle the bulk of my legal needs. If you are looking for a general business attorney I highly recommend Trevor Livingston. Trevor is the most honest and ethical attorney I have ever worked with which is why I rely on him to not only represent me but help guide some of my business decisions.

Got an invoice for double the cost of the estimate given, with zero notification of cost overages and they refuse to explain why they went $2500 over budget.

Our company began working with Schwabe, Williamson, and Wyatt in 2000. They have been our corporate attorneys since that time. They have represented us in almost every legal issue a start-up thought successful company can encounter with even handedness and tremendous skills. We at Instructional Technologies, Inc. can unreservedly recommend them.

As our Aerial Photography company grows and becomes more successful, so does our need for seasoned counsel. The firm was instrumental in helping us navigate the ever changing regulatory landscape of the Federal Aviation Administration.

Do not hire this firm. This firm discriminates against women. The lawyers at this firm are exceedingly rude. The firm is also very overpriced. Especially disappointed by Colin Folawn, who is very unprofessional and does not respect basic rights of due process. You are much better finding an attorney elsewhere.

For a firm with so many attorneys on staff, it’s hard to believe they would engage in such overt discrimination against a potential client, but that’s exactly what happened.

My business partner and best friend came up with an innovative concept he chose to patent and Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt were recommended. While the conflict of interest check was passed without incident, the partners at this law firm chose not to represent my business partner.

Their reason is troubling: They didn’t like his profession, which is alternative medicine. But my friend didn’t approach this firm under the name of his business — he did so as an individual. No matter. This firm chose to discriminate against him because one or more partners didn’t like his profession.

Do you want Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt to judge you based on your choice of profession or lifestyle? What if your religion offends a partner? Should that be a criteria for whether this firm chooses to represent your patent idea? No, of course not. But personal preference seems to on the table here.

So look elsewhere for qualified attorneys. These people have proven they aren’t worth your time.
