After speaking with the office about why I can never get a hold of my attorney they said I was “being rude” of course I’m going to be rude after trying multiple times and getting no response.

Now I come to find out I have not received my green card because the attorney put a PO BOX on my account?.... I have never had a PO Box and I’m left to pay $540 to replace the green card I never got because my attorney here did not put in the correct address for me.

Also , no help from her after she got paid. Very unprofessional and very unorganized
