James is the consummate professional. I really don't have anything but good things to say about our recent experience with our sons case. During the entire episode, Jim was supportive and knowledgeable about every aspect of the system, and how to take care of the situation. Our results were as good as could be expected, and I will always recommend him to friends and family whenever the need arises.
