I know the attorneys in the office both personally and professionally. On a professional level, Laura and Bjorn are very attentive, smart, and quick when issues are time pressing. I've referred several people to them, all of whom I'm aware are happy with their experience. I would highly suggest Laura and Bjorn for any matter you may need assistance with if you want an attorney who really listens to your issue, gives you an array of suggestions on how to proceed, and solves your issue efficiently and effectively without bleeding you dry. Moreover, Laura and Bjorn are very honest. A lot of attorneys will tell you that you need a certain service or document, but Laura and Bjorn will tell you what your documents are worth, if they need updating, and if they don't need updating, they won't try to sell you on anything you don't actually need.

If your looking to watch the grass grow before you get a call back ,then hire this firm. It's been over a week now and the deadline has passed on being able to file my paperwork . It was only a $100,000 loss to me but "hey it's only money". Crickets are chirping at that office. This firm gets no stars and I will never return. Try anyone else and you'll be better off.

Do not waste your time with Laura. She nor her office return calls or respond to emails. It will be a complete waste of your time and money. Luckily, we found this out early in our estate planning process. But we wasted months of waiting, and need to start from scratch with another firm. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful this firm has been. It was a complicated process with a lot of paperwork but Bjorn explained everything in an extremely palatable way. He was quick to respond to emails and always remained patient and professional throughout. I have very little experience with Attorneys but there's no doubt I will be calling Hazen, Hess & Ott again. Highly recommended!
