He was always honest and straight forward which is the main reason I retained him. Erik was always available through email or phone, I truly felt like I had someone in my corner. After digging through my case he found some opportunities. I paid him a flat fee up front, he could have easily advised me to take the deal and saved himself a ton of time researching and filing motions, attending additional court dates etc, but he didn't. He fought for me! I actually received a fraction of the sentence that the DA was arguing for.
