I recently was a member of a jury for a case in which Todd Pascoe represented the defendant. I was very impressed with his obvious investment in his client, and thorough work on the case. I burst into Todd Pascoe’s office as a desperate out-of-state father whose daughter had been jailed due to her actions while in a bi-polar manic episode.
