I called in just to ask a question about something, and she was so open to trying her best to help over the phone. Lawyers like this are valuable, and show they actually care about the people. Thank you. For answering my quick question, and taking your time to talk to me.

I just wanted to tell you that I was impressed with the way you handled yesterday’s hearing, even though the outcome might not be favorable for you, in terms of your fee. In my opinion, your actions reflect the appropriate ethical standards for lawyers. In other words, what you did was the way lawyers should act, although unfortunately they don’t always do so.
