I completely agree with the other one star rating. I am going through a dispute with a tenant and what to charge and I paid him $250 for a half hour consultation with him. I did inform him before that I didn’t want representation, just had basic questions I wanted answers. (What I can and can’t charge for). I asked him what the lifespan of laminate flooring was and he said “I don’t know, I’m not a flooring expert”. I figured a landlord attorney would have a good idea of what the depreciations were. I got WAY more information from property managers than I did him. I would definitely not use him if I were to peruse a case. He might be informative to other people, but he wasn’t helpful to me. I feel like it was a waste of money. Warden Allen gave me more info in 15 minute FREE consultation than he did.

Not really sure how he got the five on this when honestly he was not exactly a very good bedside manner lawyer that I was looking for I'm going through a rather unorthodox eviction case and when you contact him you will see on some lawyer for a website that he has nothing but fives I don't know if he buys these reviews or ratings or what but I called left a message he called me back promptly and apparently before you can even do the salvation he charges you $150 so basically you're prepaying for the consultation that made me a little uncomfortable but I was reassured by all the good reviews he had on the website. So the night before the consultation I sent him all the necessary documents that were believed to be related to the case at the consultation which didn't even last a half an hour by the way he was very very condescending and rude he basically gave me no useful information no useful anything said I'm pretty much screwed and maybe if judge is in a good mood she might blah blah blah and then this is all within 15 minutes and he kept on dodging my questions when I asked him about a document I sent him something is going to the feeling he did not even take a second to look at any of the documents and within 15 minutes I got my purse and I was ready to get up and leave because we were getting nowhere I understand if you cannot help me I understand if you do not want to help me but what I don't understand is any kind of respectable lawyer sitting there doing nothing but converting oxygen into carbon dioxide for the last 15 minutes of the consultation and he even was like fine if you want to read the statutes here you go. Condescending rude and honestly I'm believing he represents the landlords in this case please save your money and please save yourself because this guy is anything but a good lawyer and by the way $150 is not a drop in the bucket for a single mother I was asking for a refund but you know how that goes basically I would never get one but whatever never hurts to try
