Not helpful at all

I worked with a lady from there who after helping me out with my Charges from my Abuser,she seemed to be scared or something never really helped much and then after about a year she agreed with my ex's attorney to close the case and then she retired so I don't have anyway to find out if she ever had my record expunged or not. I have tried to call and talk to them about it and they were unwilling to help me.

They took care of business so fast that it made my head spin. Really top notch legal services, made opposing council look like a gang of elementary school dropout chumps. I have never witnessed until now, legal council use such precise seek and destroy legal tactics to the absolute detriment of the other sides legal strategy. Legal problem fixed, opposition humiliated. Simply the best! 5 ***** +

They only refer you to an attorney who will provide a consultation for an agreed upon low rate.

They refused my case
because of my mental health disability. I had to go to court alone and ended up getting taken advantage of. Society tells us not to give up and kill ourselves but to reach out for help but when we do they say "not me, ask somebody else "

They're a great idea, but they're completely overwhelmed. I know legal help is so important to low income folks. And these folks have the right idea. But they are seriously not keeping up.

I don't hate this place I ask for help they said can you pay I said no they hung up I am a disable 67 years old. I live here 12 years no problem my landlord raise rent from $129.00 to $439.00 without a 90 day's notice of increase I did not get a 30 day notice my lease was up I have housing my landlord has been charging housing and me I didn't know until I talk to housing so they said talk to Legal Aid Service because I need help.

Legal Aid has been extremely helpful. The lawyers care and are respectful.

Got great results on my Legal Services

Person who picked up the phone stated to me that she was the only one present there. She then called me back. She asked my income (pre-tax) and I gave it to her, however, I told her THIS month I will only be making at the most 20 hours. She said "Well I am done with this intake goodbye"
Rude. But she gave me a reference so thats good.

The phone # listed is a fax machine.

They don't even answer their phones!!! I've been calling since 9am and no answer...

Does not take cases that are about custody and or child support, they send you to the least liked Attorney that I can tell that will then tell you they want 35$ cash not Debit or Check "Non trackable" and from there they will tell you if they want to take your case.

I guess it is all about what you pay for.
