Was calling about a case that one of the groups lawyers was assigned to my spouse as a lawyer. The receptionist (her name was susan) was rude had poor customer service. Even hanging up the phone while I was mid question. If they hire receptionists of this quality I would be hesitant to go with this firm. Go with a firm that values customers instead of treating them like dirt!

Edit: The Lawyer was great, Good Service. And Explained everything in a polite manner. Also agreed that Susan should not have hung up on me and would talk with her. So I am amending my report from 1 star.

My experience with Rick Carman should be nothing short of a complete embarrassment for the practice.

Do not use Frederick Carman at Karpstein & Verhulst! He should have retired and is at the age where he really doesn't get anything straight! It's crazy that the office supports his work 100% and yet he screws up alot! We hired another Estate attorney because he did not get it right the first time. Alot of wasted money. What a mess!
