Very disappointed. Two years ago she close the house even she didn't check everything out. We ended up paying for something what previous owner should do .Wondering why real estate agents still recommend her. Anyway, she avoided me, never answer to my calls or emails...If I could I will give her less than one star

I found this lawyer staggaringly rude and unprofessional.

When I signed a joint tenancy document for a common law union during a large property purchase with my partner she failed to submit this document to the mortgage company. Although my partner and I went in to request and sign this document she didn't do anything with it stating we failed to provide instruction. When I called her on her failure to do the obvious she threatened to sue me.

When the home my partner and I did not have granite or cupboards six months post closing she released the hold back the second we got the granite so we were left without cupboards. I complained about having a nearly half million dollar home with a construction zone for a kitchen long after closing and no leverage with the builder. Her response: "sick it up Genevieve, suck it up". She told my partner and I she would have to start charging us more.

I'll never forget how singularly poorly I was treated by this lawyer. Thankfully I was able to find another real estate lawyer who was caring, helpful and respectful.
