The worst property lawyers. Charged us nearly double for closing our condo, had his paralegal do all the work then charged us for his services (what did he do??????). Shared the bill with several realtors, property investors and lawyers and none have seen a bill that high for such a simple transaction. First time home buyers that will never be using their services again- do not make the same mistake as us!!

Took advantage of first time home buyers for their lawyer fees - targeting Craig Berryman. It is such a disappointment as most realtors in the HRM are recommending this firm. However, there was nothing short of a worse experience with them. It’s one thing to take advantage of first time buyers let alone to double the fees?? Shame on you. A first experience should be the best and that’s how you build return clients and a good name for yourself. Especially in a constantly growing market and city.
