We had a horrible experience with Brett Babor!! He would not listen to the facts, he was horrible at trial, he was a outlawyered by Richard Currier !! He failed to name the correct parties in our lawsuit and we lost because of his errors. He was heartless about it and we could not recover any fees even though he messed up big time.

Our company was an active client of Richard Silver before he came to LB&B. After many months of weekly discussions and legal actions pursued a few weeks went by in which we did not hear from him. We followed up and spoke with Richard. He abruptly informed us that he had joined LB&B and took a condescending and unprofessional attitude that since he was with LB&B now there was legal conflict in him representing us because of who the large organization was that we had a financial dispute with. He gave us no notice that he could not represent us anymore, just abandoned ship when we called him, leaving us back at square one. I cannot speak to the character of the LB&B partners but Richard Silver represents everything that one tries to avoid in selecting a qualified and responsible attorney.
