Ross was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and was a great communicator. He even texted me after normal business hours to provide updates! He helped resolve things to the best possible outcome and was very reasonable with his fees.

We call him, and He said I will call you back. And after that We was trying to reach him a whole week, nobody contacts us. He can at least tell us if he can take over the case or not.
