Incompetent! Walt McKee's reputation is only amongst his peers (a.k.a. buddies), listen to a former client if you want the real truth. He gives bad advice and is not out to seek justice on behalf of clients, this firm does "just enough" to string clients along for as long as possible and then has a million excuses for why it all amounts to nothing in the end. Do not waste your time or risk causing harm to your case by going here.

Overcharging, weak and inexperienced lawyers. Matt Morgan misleads clients and acts based on false assumptions of what he perceives the judge and DA will do. He lacks faith in himself, has no courage and does not fight for his clients. Do not use him for any real criminal matter.

Do not use this law firm. It is a waste of time and resources. You can pick up a paper on any given day and they are losing cases left and right. Matt Morgan is completely clueless and is nothing more than a puppet. He has no knowledge of criminal law and has caused more harm to my fiance's case than good. He then padded his invoice with bogus fees and tried to drag the case unnecessarily to trial for more money. In over 6 months he has done absolutely nothing. He claims he is being guided by Walt McKee, who stands behind his incompetent staff. You are better off with a court appointed attorney than using this firm.
