He has prepared our Wills, handled the Deed preparation and closings of properties and guided us through the Probate process from beginning to end. He is always professional, respectful and prompt. I have retained Ron Aseltine’s legal services 3 times over the past 2 ½ years. When a land survey over a disputed property boundary revealed that the property in question actually did belong to me; the opposing party increased their verbal insults, and eventually assaulted one of my family members. Law enforcement and the town officials were barraged with numerous phone calls and complaints from the opposing party, with no let up. I was at my whit’s end, and quickly could have found myself arrested and jailed, if not for Ron’s sound legal advice. Even though Ron explained that I had cause for both legal and civil actions against the opposing party, he quickly understood that my goal was to find a peaceful solution, while still protecting my family from any further danger. For the past 18 months, it has been relatively peaceful. It is true that good fences make good neighbors; however, good lawyers are sometimes needed to help set the first fence posts.
My second dealings with Ron were smooth sailing, an easy closing on the purchase of a property.
Finally, a piece of property that I was interested in purchasing was blocked by dispute over ownership, numerous liens, and on its way to foreclosure. It took a number of months for Ron and his team to sort out the mess. Some of the owners were constantly on the move; a title search revealed that some of the debt associated with the property was over 25 years old; and the clock was running out on the time before the property would be foreclosed upon. In the words of Ron himself, “I had my work cut out for me.” Because of Ron’s efforts, I was able to negotiate a reasonable deal, and obtain a clear title on the property.
I have recommended Ron to others, and would strongly recommend him to anyone reading this review. I am sure I will retain his services again in the future.

Please have some integrity and fix what you are in the process of doing and you will get a better review. A lawyer should at least show some interest in the truth and not just a payday and loop holes. You were dishonest and disrespectfull to me and my wife at the very most as far as I can tell from our last meeting and letters that I have received about you and your clients trying to steal my back lawn. How can you sleep at night?!
