So, here I am with some very serious charges. my first lawyer told me I had no case and I should just plead guilty because going to trial would just look bad on me. Chris and his staff are excellent! Chris is easy to talk to and asked really good questions to help me realize what I was looking for in my case. Pam let me know right near the beginning what documents she was going to need so there was no last minute scrounging for paperwork. They are very convenient for hours and days open, as well as debit cards made right when you ask. However, VERY TERRIBLE customer service, poor rates, just withdrawing money is a huge hassle and ordeal (never takes less than 5 minutes to do anything at the teller). They're great for using a savings account and an ATM, but don't do anything that will require a human, or you'll be there or on the phone all day
