I went to see Ms. Jennifer Ciarlo Pacholek and was greeted by her at our scheduled time....She was friendly, gracious and very knowledgeable. She put on no airs and was comfortable to talk to. Her advice relieved much stress in my life at that time. I've used Diamond and Robinson for other issues and have been totally satisfied with their entire staff. They are a great bunch; and, I highly recommend them.

I left a message asking to speak with someone about an important legal matter. I received no return call. This behavior is entirely unprofessional.
