Only negative I experienced was at times Mr.Sleigh can be hard to get in touch with, to the point where i had to call a few times before speaking to him.
The office staff were all very professional, polite and courteous during every encounter I had with them.

I had no idea lawyers worked on a flat rate fee system, it was not explained at all. Must be nice to not have to account for your actions
