The signing went smoothly and quickly both times, and everyone there is lovely to work with! The building has a nice homey feel to it, so it's comfortable while signing all those complicated papers.

I have used this Essex branch for three closings and they have been responsive and efficient. They’re also affordable. I am loyal to the Essex branch because of their convenient location (I’m not a fan of driving downtown) as well as the approachability of the attorneys there. Don has retired, however I have found the newest member of the team to be just as knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I have found every question I’ve had has been promptly and patiently explained and I never felt like an inconvience. I will continue to use this firm for all future real estate needs.
