I recently sold my house in Jay NY and used the Ausable Forks office. It was a complete mess. They did not complete the work I paid them to do. I had to finish the job myself which took two months and my own money. When I tried to complain Dean would not even respond to me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the New York State Bar.
