Unfortunately, our experience with Joy was poor. Ours was a small, straightforward estate case, but Joy requested multiple extensions on her delivery of documents, which we freely granted. When she finally produced the documents, she had misspelled our loved one's name and seemingly had not reviewed other materials we had sent her. We then became concerned about the quality of her work. A simple apology would have gone a long way to repair. Estate lawyers are dealing with people in grief. A measure of sensitivity is required that unfortunately was absent here. I hope ours was an isolated example.

I would highly recommend Joy. She was very responsive through out the whole process, often returning my emails within less than an hour. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions clearly. She pays close attention to detail; even catching an error that our lender made overpaying her and brought it to our attention right away to make sure it got corrected. Joy was so helpful along every step of the way.
