Rebecca is the best legal assistant I ever had helping me. She is very knowledgeable and truthful. Definitely my go to legal representative in this area. She is a truly amazing and genuine public service employee. We are lucky to have her in Plattsburgh New York.

They give you a lot of information to help you with your situations. They very informative, knowledgeable and caring people. Would definitely recommends them if someone needs a lawyer.

Clean and beautiful with nice facilities and plenty of space for a private party as well as public use areas.

These people are absolutely useless they have nothing to offer to people of the North Country other than the simplest s*** that they could do themselves if they took 5 minutes there is a huge gap here that prevents people from accessing even the most basic legal resources. The judges are insane.

I have Always had a good experience when it came to needing help with anything legal..They have never lost a battle for me..!!

I have had help from legal aid twice so far on two different types of cases one was the county trying to make me pay for the hospital bills for my sons birth even though i i receive disability and on medicaid. the second time for an illegal eviction. both cases they handled quickly and resolved them in my favor.

They were a fantastic help in assisting me draft and complete Power of Attorney and Health Care Proxy documents. They were fast, understanding, and thorough.

When I went to the office in person to sign documents, they had already filled them out as much as they could with the information they had from us. They brought me to a comfortable private conference room and I just had to fill out a few bits of information and sign a few lines. They had a notary and all the staff needed to finalize the paperwork when I was done. They were willing to spend as much time with me as I needed with any questions I had.

We are very fortunate to have such a great organization here in town.
