I just closed on some land and Mr. Niles was very helpful and easy to deal with. He took my calls or got back to me almost immediately for the calls he couldn't take. Highly recommended.

Wasnt impressed using them as an attorney

I hired them to handle something for me and found it nearly impossible ever to get a response to an email or a phone call and then to top it all off they abandon my case and do nothing but take my money and send one letter and never follow up the way that they said they were going to. It left me feeling like I needed to hire a lawyer just to get my lawyer to answer the most basic email or any phone call which is odd when you are paying someone $150 an hour. I would not recommend this office for anything if you ever go there you will understand that they are bad lawyers just by looking at the building there and obviously they are not successful at what they do financially or otherwise because I believe of their total lack of caring for their client.

You won't find a better firm in the northeast. Evan Bracy and John Niles are pros, they answered every question I was worried about and always kept me in the loop about everything. Ask to speak with Nicholas too if you get the chance! He was charming on the phone and very informative

What a great law office! In particular they have a nice young man named Nick answering the phone and he is a pleasure to work with. All of my questions were answered correctly and in a timely manner!

We have worked with Evan Bracy as our lawyer when buying property for the past ten years. Now it's time to begin selling, so back to Evan we go! Highly knowledgeable and very professional.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Joseph Mucia. His professionalism and integrity is impeccable. He spent countless hours with me and never pressured me in anyway. He gave me solid advice and always returned every email or phone call within 24 hours or less. Lastly, I never felt overcharged and felt my bills for his time were more than fair. If I am ever in need of legal advice he would be my first phone call.

Questionable representation of clients they know are filing frivolous lawsuits.

Almost lost my house three times. I own a private home in Plattsburgh and this firm assists my neighbors in forcing me to pay "dues" to live there. They have been suing us for over twelve years. Evan Bracy notified us in 2004 that we had no "obligation" to pay our neighbors and then turned around and sued us for NOT paying them. John Crotty took over the case and has continued suing us. Apparently they will not stop until we finally lose our home.

If I could give 0 Stars, I would in a heartbeat. I came to this office as a referral from a friend. GIANT WASTE OF TIME. Not only did my lawyer, Niles, steer me completely wrong and not only did I end up with NOTHING, it was the Judge who granted me an amount for the very tail end of my lawsuit, which wasn't even what I was suing for, but I'm thankful I got something. This office is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of by phone and Niles NEVER returns phone calls. It seems they've gotten rid of the absolute nightmare they used to have for a receptionist when I first began going to this office in early 2016. If you go in for an appt, Niles just reiterates that he's got everything he needs in order to be successful in court; then you get there, and get absolutely nothing. I was forced to move out of state due to a misdiagnosis that I learned was false only once it was too late to change my moving plans, but Niles INSISTED he would remain on my case and stay actively involved. Nothing could be further from the truth. Even my case manager cannot get ahold of him. After waiting for THREE months to hear back from him on a very pressing matter of needing additional surgery for the same injury, but needing approval from Worker's Comp, I just received a letter in the mail today, stating that he is taking taking himself off my case as he has more pressing matters to give attention to. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm pretty sure ANYONE else is more qualified. Worst office I've ever dealt with!
