They are rude. I had asked a question, dropped or threw the handset loudly, said sorry and immediately hung up on me. If they want money from me, they will have to take it from my dying listless hands!!!

You are a court appointed POS because that's the only way that you can get any work. You're that good!! You do not get to bill someone for firing you for putting the screws to them and hiring a real attorney! Your a idiot!!!

Shannon at the front desk is literally the worst person ever. She is rude, mean, and condescending. It doesn't matter why you have a debt, how often you try to pay, she will treat you like a worthless child, speak over you, cut you off, then say she's transferring your call and hang up on you. I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. What an extremely sad situation.

This place is terrible. If you try and call you get multiple different people every time. Any time you try to get a response from any of the people there they are very brief and very rude. They are not helpful at all and they will not try to work with you. They also say they call but do not. They do not keep you in the loop as to any thing that is going on. They also do not take into any consideration the times of days you try to call. If I could make this post by giving them no stars at all I would. They should not even be considered attorneys, or debt collectors. I will be filing complaints about them because they are just money hungry sharks. BEWARE!
