I have waited a while to post this, due to the fact that I understand the power of online reviews, and wanted to think things through before sharing my experience. While I have no experience with Bethany herself, I had an interaction with one of her staff in the hallway of their office that was less than pleasant and I might add rather rude. I have recently moved to the area and have been actually looking for someone to help with the paperwork on the sale of one of my rental properties. But they say you can easily judge the character of a man (or business) by how he treats those who can do nothing for them, and since Ms. Warner's employee apparently concluded I didn't look the part of someone who would be using their services, she treated me rudely.

It was my day off and I wasn't in my normal business attire. Next time a potential client makes a simple request and you could easily say sure, you may want to consider how it looks to someone considering using your services, that you say no with a smirk and then dismiss them. Sometimes in life just being a decent human being goes a long way. You only get one change to make a great first impression with clients and this one was extremely poor.

Both times, my needs were met quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly by Corinne G. I think she did a nice job and I periodically get a little newsletter with legal tips from the office. I don't have a way to compare price with other legal services; it seems expensive, but worthwhile for what I needed done.
