Patronizing and misogynistic. Incompetent initial point of contact. Inquired about a problem with PHH mortgage. Lost a house in a fire, the only concerned expressed; as to why it has taken 3 years to rebuild. Didn't listen to the underlying problem. Ended the call with "I am closing this case" haha :) there was no case silly, this was only a consolation call. I am guessing he wanted to use some legal verbiage to make himself sound legit? Bizarre. During our conversation he used the term "writing" between us and the insurance company???? I asked him to explain what a "writing" meant in regards to the insurance company (as I was confused, because we weren't concerned about the insurance company, we called in-regards to PHH holding his money in Escrow and not allowing us access to it) he then proceeded to say "A writing is a document in the english language with writing and numerical...." WOAH!! save the misogyny for someone else. I am sorry I was upset on the phone, but isn't that what is the premise of calling an attorney... people are upset about something? Sickens me that I was spoke to this way, and with my father on the phone. Thank you for calling me "Part of the problem" that made my day and also made me realize the the METOO problems are thriving in Traverse City!! Cheers

Jay's firm and team is beyond amazing! I met him while dealing with a whistle-blower suit and the outcome was more than I expected going into the suit. Resolving without even going to court. I called to ask if they had any suggestions of online schooling. The lady who was on the phone rudely responded with no like I was some kind of idiot. Personally they need to look into someone new to answer their phones. I like to hear a happy kind response rather than a rude one. I personally answer phones all day and wouldn't dream of speaking to someone in such ill manner. I hope this is drawn to the companies attention and the woman is spoken to. I will not be looking into contacting this company ever again because of how I was treated in a mere few seconds. It only takes one bad impression to ruin someones view of the company. I wish I would have caught the woman's name so I could leave them a private message informing them of the ill manner this woman spoke to me in. I may sound young, but I am no idiot when it comes to knowing how to treat another human being.
