Recently, John Schomisch was integral in resolving a case wherein our local motorcycle club was accused of using [what the complainant claimed was] a copyrighted image, way back in a club newsletter in 2015. With his knowledge and experience in this type of case, he was able to have the whole case dropped. Our club deeply appreciated his prompt attention to resolving this situation and would strongly recommend him in the future.

Joe was recommended to me from a lady that is in his business group. I called him multiple times to get help with my insurance claim. I called them because my insurance company and restoration companies are trying to
take advantage of me but at this point I think I'd rather deal with it than use these guys. At least they call me on a monthly basis. Needless to say if you need anything done don't call these guys. What a joke.

Nice place, not worth the cost! I had a small claims court with a scam artist. Upon talking with my lawyer he stated that there was $1000 down payment and that if it wasn’t all used that I would be refunded and that my cost should not be more than a $1000. After everything was finished I had another $1800 that I owed the lawyer. $2800 for a 45 min small claims court case seems a little outrageous to me. Seems to me like they’re just as much a scam artist as the one trying to sue me!

Not a review of the entire firm per se, but don’t waste your time with Dan Walsh. My husband hired him to help with an estate matter involving his late brother. He consistently didn’t return calls and emails, didn’t file documents to obtain an order from a judge pertaining to beneficiary designations on an IRA, and gave incorrect advice regarding inheritance to a former spouse when a deceased person neglects to change a beneficiary from that ex-spouse. Said ex-spouse then received funds erroneously. When husband made the comment insinuating he was getting tired of his poor performance, Walsh called and stated that he thought they should part ways because my husband “had lost confidence in our firm”. Not the firm, Dan, you!

We were referred to another attorney who happily and quickly did what it took to take care of the issue in a matter of three weeks.
