Jim Lewis rules!

Excellent Law Firm! We had our Living Will done, LLC Formed and several other professional services from Jim Lewis. He was so professional, explained everything to us and helped us make informed choices! We walked out and my husband said to me "Wow he was excellent, I don't know why anyone would ever go anywhere else!" We are clients for life!!

Had a will done for myself and my wife. They walked us through the process, options and answered all of our questions. We were in a time crunch and they also got it done quickly.

Me and my now ex-wife were going through a bankruptcy with Lewis & Van Sickle which went fine and they did a good job with. The problem was that my wife spoke with OUR attorney about the value of our home and was advised to just walk away from the debt. This was based of completely wrong estimates of the value of the house. I believe there were serious ethical concerns in my case. I know that the attorney did not look out for my best interest, that's for sure.

I want to say they are very helpful with filing bankruptcy they help you understand what the process is for each step they go through everything in detail they are very understanding. I called Bobbi jo after due to some issues and I was in tears and she got me the information I needed by the end of the day and referred me over to someone that could help me with another issue!! I will definitely go back to them for any help that I need that they can help me with in the future and for sure refer them to anyone that needs an attorney!! Very good at what they do.

I was extremely unhappy with the unprofessionalism at Lewis & Van Sickle. The paralegal staff (Katti) while I in Provo was trying to make an appointment or get a file I could modify as needed interrupt my conversation four times. It seamed to me that she did not what to listen to my concerns. After I spoke over her to express my needs she hung up on me. I called her back asking to speak to the attorney which she said would have him do. I was again hung up on. Never getting a call back, I received a letter stating I was hostile to them, and a statement that I was not to receive their counsel. This is not a very customer orientated company.
