I was railroaded into a DUI right after I was discharged from the hospital so I decided to fight it because I knew I was right. Len barely talked, seemed senile and stupid. During my trial he didn't talk at all to defend me except to quietly say things I frantically wrote down on paper and showed him. When he did his summation he talked about how important it is to take it seriously when you're buying a house. He said nothing in my defense. I cannot believe the judge himself didn't declare him incompetent. My father died shortly after my trial due to heart problems, Len screwing us over definitely added to his horrible stress. I cannot emphasize enough, Len took our money and made no effort to put together any defense at all. I probably could have appealed based entirely on his incompetence, but I was deeply depressed and alone. I cannot believe he is a judge now. This proves the Wisconsin court system is a joke.

Not a great lawyer. He was always late, never returned calls only collected the money. Try everyone else before him.

If i could have rated this negative stars, i would have. Simply based on his absolute transparency for his mentally challenged defendant, Bremdan Dassey. And not being present when the two vile detectives Tom Fassbender and Mark Weigert allowed intrusive access to his client and manipulating him. Anyone who makes the erroneous mistake of hiring this firm for legal reasons will most likely have an office of sheer incompetence and a case that serves against their best interests.

Len is a municipal judge? How is he not disbarred for unethically practicing law. Unbelievable how he did all this to the Avery family to only further his career. God will be his ultimate judge and the devil will be his court appointed lawyer.

Got hit with a jaywalking charge--Appleton police, am i right? I didn't want to pay that $100 fine so I called up Sisson and Kachinsky. Seemed like a steal at $5 an hour, but I should have known...next thing I know I'm shackled up and a judge is telling me 25 years, no parole. Judge said "if we let this young man go, how do we know he won't jaywalk again? It's a terror. He's an f-ing menace." He cursed! He actually cursed! Shoot, and all that Kachinksy cat did was sit there with that creepy smirk, drawing penises on his legal pad like a middle school kid. Stunning.
