I have been a client of Attorney David Czech for 3 years (since 2017) and I have had excellent results with his processes for getting me to where I am now to see my children. He has used the child custody laws and proper processes to balance the placement schedules. The ex wife has demonstrated that she feels ALL the numerous court orders and martial settlement don’t apply to her.
When my ex wife fights me on almost everything to keep me from seeing my kids according to the martial settlement and the numerous court orders that have been put in place since 2011, I have had to take her back to court and I am glad Attorney Czech has been there for me, so I have my rights with my kids. I have had to take my Ex wife back to court at least once a year since my divorce in 2011. I wish I would have found Attorney Czech back then as his Attorney ethics are in the best interest of his clients.

If you want someone that "reads emails", but does no work on your case, this is the person to go to. Dave scammed me out of $4,000. You are better off representing yourself as you will get further on your case without him. He is very smug and only cares about his image and win/loss ratio. DO NOT USE HIM!!!

Dave was amazing! I wish I could give him 10 stars!! Iwas involved in a horrible car accident that was not my fault but due to the nature of everything that occurred, I was not only blamed for the accident (for which I received a ticket and had the other drivers insurance company coming after me) but was terribly injured, and my vehicle was totaled and now was left without one. Unfortunately, due the other driver lying and the cop on scene not properly doing his job we were left with virtually nothing to prove my innocence but Dave came through!! He not only helped me to clear my name and end the 2 year long battle, but also walked me through each step of the process answering all my questions thoroughly. He took on my case even though it seemed impossible and did so with an open mind, and did awesome!! Thank you Dave for making the worst thing I have ever been through easier to deal with.
