Like most other offices I've talked to the receptionist seemed interested in my case and really paid attention. After "informing the lawyer" about it they "can't take my case at this time" and haven't returned my last email in months asking for explanation. I guess maybe if you have a less complicated case that's in your favor. Anything with too many details and too much work to do probably will get turned down.
