A very last minute time sensitive question arose in our situation, we called the office around noon and spoke to his wonderful assistant who advised us of his jam packed schedule for the day including court appearances, and that they’d try to get a call back in to us as soon as possible. Knowing his schedule I didn’t expect a call until the following day. But to my surprise at 8:00pm after finishing up all he had on his plate that busy day, he reached out to us to discuss our concerns! He wanted to be sure we had the opportunity to speak to him as soon as possible knowing we were concerned about this issue. No sleep was lost over this difficult situation because he cared to reach us. That move, along with all the others durning this process continues to be why we choose to work with Mr Murray and his associates!

I hired Dan Murray to represent me in my divorce. He took very little time to get information from me and then tweeked a generic form to send to my husband's lawyer. It left me with the feeling that he could care less and was not looking out for my best interests. Ended up paying a ridiculous amount for the little that he did.

I called this place for consult to see if they could help me with some Elder Law issues regarding a close family member. I don't want to get too specific here online about those issues obviously, but shared with the lawyers assistant what I'm looking for and if they could help. She had difficulty understanding what I was looking for, but let me tell you it was quite simple. She said she'd have the lawyer who specializes in Elder Law call me back. At the very end of the day, the assistant called me back once again, and said that if I wanted to make an appointment, to go online to schedule an appointment. I was really looking to get a call back from the actual lawyer, as it didn't seem like she was really understanding, but she made it pretty clear that I wasn't going to get a call back. I explained to her that if I'm going to work with a lawyer, it would be nice to actually talk to them (and no I'm not looking for free advice over the phone, more so to make sure what I'm looking for is a good fit for them, and to have a general intro on the phone), but still she recommended filling out an online form. I said that I would rather speak directly to the lawyer, and that I'll just look around if they can't do that, and she basically said there are lots of lawyer out there. It was a VERY strange conversation, and I get the impression that they definitely do not need any additional business right now. I guess I'm glad to know up front that this is how they operate - I would have hated to waste my time dealing with them any more than I already did on the phone, what very little time that was!
