I had a wonderful experience with Sarah. I had a hefty speeding ticket which she me a great deal on. Sarah's experience showed in how quickly and efficiently she got everything done. I would highly recommend :)

I did what?! On a clear blue morning in July. My first traffic ticket in 40 years of driving - but no matter - the law is the law. I called Sarah because she specialized in traffic violations. Sarah was transparent. She advised me to seek another attorney from the county where my violation occurred. Her rational being, if she had to travel, nearly 200 miles, she would have to charge a lot more. I called an attorney within the other county. His approach was to scare me, more than I already was!, outlining every horror that could befall me. His normal fee was the same as Sarah’s extra fee. Without hesitation I called Sarah back and happily agreed to pay the extra fee if she would represent me. I never doubted Sarah’s competence.
Sarah made the decision to travel my behalf. I suppose she made the decision based on expediency. She just showed up in my place. But, there was no special category or allowance for attorneys first. Sarah had to sit and wait, just like everyone else has to sit and wait their turn to speak with the judge. She texted me from the courtroom telling me of delays. She was still waiting. Finally, she called with the results. The judge agreed to reduce the charge. She outlined the argument she made on my behalf. It was understandable. It was forgivable. I was grateful! I felt like a normal human being for the first time in six weeks.

While Sarah was waiting in the courtroom I thought I would text her a lawyer joke to lift her spirits. Here’s the joke:

Q: What's the difference between a lawyer and a boxing referee?
A: A boxing referee doesn't get paid more for a longer fight.

Sarah called before I could send the joke but nevertheless when she called her voice was full of joy for me and all in a day’s work for her. She didn’t complain of the frustrations she encountered. She spoke only of her rational for my defence. It was late in the afternoon. She had to get home to her family. I bid her, ‘drive cautiously’ as we all should and most of us do. But, if you make a mistake, call Sarah. She knows how to fight for what is just.

The thing that matters the most in prosecution on the other side of the table is having confidence. And that’s what you get with Sarah Kimball. I was recently charged with a citation for a Failure to Move violation for a trip I took out to the southern side of the cities, and was totally flabbergasted by my belief of what to do. I immediately thought to pay the citation, then I remembered there are people out there who know better about how to handle matters and help you remember you are human like all other people. I naturally thought to contact a lawyer after accidentally sending myself to the prosecutor by going to the wrong courthouse to settle the issue initially. The first one I contacted, passed the name of another who was personal in the field of traffic violations; that would be Sarah. Nearly a month after making acquaintances, me and Sarah were able to come to a positive outcome for the case, and I could not have been happier than to have had the results she was able to achieve for us. I fairly believe on your own in matters of court, you are lesser than likely to lose the benefits of an attorney; let alone a great, and talented one. Sarah is the definition of that. She was able to communicate with me decently, fairly, with a reason of consideration and professionalism that I would like to say is the standard for having quality representation. There is no more to say than to look for her when you’re looking for the voice that knows better and shows better when the decision is on the table.

I have the highest opinion and praise for Sarah Kimball. My case was handled professionally, and executed with finesse. Although my case wasn't for Murder, if she didn't do as promised it would have been professional homicide.

But she represented me in a clear, precise, manor. Sarah did not burden my account, her fees were very reasonable and extremely well spent.

Sarah Kimball is on my list of highly recommended attorneys in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.

Thank you Sarah!

Ms Sarah did an amazing job I didn't have to show up for court she took care of everything over the phone and got 2 counts of traffic tickets, (WHICH IN MN IS CONSIDER MISDEMEANOR) for those who didn't know because I didn't, to a 187 fine and petty misdemeanor and nothing on my DL record. I highly recommend calling her in a situation like this. Sarah kimball law office.

Sarah Kimball is an expert at her practice. I came to her with a complex traffic case that would have left a misdemeanor on my record. Sarah was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and get my charges dropped significantly which exceeded my expectations on what the outcome of the case would be. Throughout my time working with her, Sarah was extremely professional and prompt with her responses and with answers to any questions I had. She would be my first choice if I ever need a lawyer again.

Sarah Kimball is a top-notch attorney, absolutely top-notch. I have worked with and around attorneys much of my professional career and she is one of the brightest and most compassionate lawyers I have ever met. My situation was a misdemeanor traffic offense which was my fault. Sarah successfully negotiated it down to a charge that drops off my record if I maintain a clean driving record for a year. I could not have attained even close to that level of success if I hadn’t had her skilled guidance. Her work as a former prosecutor makes her uniquely qualified to understand the workings of the system. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah Kimball was my attorney for a court case. She negotiated proficiently with the Prosecutor before and during my court day, achieving positive results for me. Her experience as both a Prosecutor and a Defense Attorney gives her the unique skill to grasp both sides of a case. She is a true professional that also remembers that you are an individual going through a difficult, stressful time. She was always available to answer my many questions.
If you need an excellent attorney, I highly recommend Ms Kimball.

I retained Ms. Kimball in a traffic violation case in Anoka County. A speeding violation with somewhat unique circumstances.

Sarah patiently listened on our first call to my explanation that lead to the ticket. She reviewed possible outcomes, her approach in the matter and then politely asked me if I’d like to retain her in the matter.

Took me a second to state “yes”, we covered the costs, required documentation for me to sign, exchanged email addresses and within an hour of my first call, Sarah Kimball, Esq. was my attorney.

Sarah’s knowledge of and relationship with the County prosecutors was critical in achieving a very reasonable, acceptable outcome for me.

I highly recommend Sarah Kimball to anyone who finds themselves in a predicament that requires legal representation, especially if you’ve recieved a traffic violation of any type, anywhere.

Sarah easily relates to clients, is exceptional in her role as an advocate and personable. She truly has your best interests at heart, while managing your time and engagement for the legal proceedings.
