DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. July of 2015 I filed Chapter 7 with him, which should wipe you clean. NOPE it's June 2016 and the Trustee and him are still coming after things and money I can't have. When a person files chapter 7 they are close to homeless as I was. Apparently it's ok to come after a person's HSA account, vacation pay and this year's homeowner's tax refund which makes no sense. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!!and charges you ridiculous rates for constantly contacting you. Save yourself some anxiety and LOTS OF MONEY and hire someone else.
