After researching several firms, I chose Prescott, Pearson & Tande because of their client friendly payment terms. At the time, they allowed me to secure their firm, and send my creditors calls to their office with $500 down. After that I made payments on my own timetable..no pressure. Once I reached the total amount due for their fee, including filing fee, the process was fast. They filed my case within a week of my payment clearing.
