I was looking for a Workmen’s Comp. lawyer a friend of mine suggested that I get Thomas Klint as being one of the best. I took her advice and retained Tom as my lawyer I am so glad that I did. He really cares about the clients and has gone over and beyond of what my expectations were. The entire staff at Midwest disability is very helpful in resolving matters that I needed taken care of. Tom is an amazing person which I have come to learn that about him over the past 3 years as my Workers Compensation attorney. He listened and understood what I was going through with my neck injury, neck surgery and my complications. He and his paralegal Heather helped me tremendously dealing with the games that both my employer and work comp tried to play with me.

His staff (Heather and Katelyn) are some of the most caring and helpful people that I have met in my 62 years. They are very prompt at getting back to me to answer my questions no matter how simple the question was, they took the time. They always reassured me that things will be OK.

I went to Midwest Disabilities around 2002 and met Tom Klint and Shelly on another case. While that case didn't work out he explained to me why personally. I knew to go back again if something happened. I'm a laborer and their is always an injury or setback because most employers are not interested in the health or safety of their workers and you need a good advocate. Tom Klint, Steve Quanrud and their staff: Heather and Shelly are excellent. They stick with you even thru the worst. Sometimes Heather even seems to be holding your hand on the phone. One Star is too much! If you want a Lawyer who avoids your phone calls, gives you the wrong information (ie like dates and times), and settles for the least amount of work for himself. This is the place for you. My final settlement was a complete joke and it took so long I accepted the bare minimum. Not to mention when you call to speak to your lawyer you get some over paid phone secretary trying to give you lawful advise. I think that was the worst part was just calling there!

Have been working with Steve and Julie for nearly four years now. Up to this point it has been a wonderful experience as they have worked very hard to make sure that I'm going to be taken care of. I am very thankful to every one at Midwest Disability for all of the help that they have provided me so far. I hurt my lower back in a work related duty approximately three and a half years ago. I was allowed a few visits with a Chiropractor. My Chiropractor requested more visits and Work Comp refused to allow further treatment because they had not seen enough improvement from the care. I kept trying to get help from Work Comp, but I could not get any approval for any medical help. Approximately six months ago I contacted Midwest Disability and now I am receiving care from a Spine Specialist, a Doctor of Neurology, Pain Specialist, and I am also receiving Physical Therapy. I truly believe that if i had not contacted Midwest Disability I would still be going without any Medical Care. I truly appreciate the fact that Thomas Klint takes time out of his busy schedule to call me to keep me updated with what is happening with my case without me having to call and inquire. I also have to thank Rhonda Haukos who I believe goes well above her duties to help her clients.
