I just happened to be googling for a trademark lawyer to help me with my submission. I had already submitted my trademark and Ken helped me when the USPTO came back with questions. He tried to help me through the process before I decided I was in over my head. He was courteous and honored a verbal agreement we had from earlier in the year.
