Amazing Attorney. Will do the very best she can to get the job done fairly!

Tries to strongarm her way through situations rather than be diplomatic and transparent. She was over an hour late for court which was very unprofessional for all concerned parties, no matter who she is representing.

Would NOT recommend Diane Kaer. She talks big when you first meet her, but then she gets in the court room and acts like a scared little school girl talking to the judge, struggling to speak and appear knowledgeable. Didn't appear prepared at all. She is not a personable atty that you can have an effective conversation with; she cuts you off mid sentence alot. We figured if she was this rude to us as clients she would be strong and rude to shut down the other atty. WRONG! The other atty walked all over her because she wasn't prepared and didn't listen to us enough to get the history of our case. We spent alot of money with her and got nothing out of it!

Diane is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Helped me navigate some thorny family law issues. I refer all my clients and friends to her.
