Very professional and everything was hassle free up until actually receiving the settlement. After my recall they reached out to me and after answering my questions in a timely manner, I decided to work with them. They got me a settlement very fast but receiving the actually settlent has taken longer than they initially stated. Plus side I didn't have to take off work for meetings, everything was done via email which I truly appreciate. Great people and they keep communication open which is very important when working with a law firm. I saw this unexpected money as a blessing since my fiance had missed a lot of work due to health issues. I was told they would receive the settlement check in 30 days and then they would mail my check. It has now been almost 45 days and they say that they still haven't received the check on their end. I'm still grateful for the work they did and the settlemt I am supposed to receive, but just very disappointed since I let myself rely on this money to pay bills and buy Halloween costumes for my kids but now I'm not sure what I will do. Hopefully a miracle happens!

I had a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that had a coolant issue and the vapors were coming into the interior of the vehicle, I had it in and out of the dealer for this reason numerous times and they couldn't fix the problem, after having the car for a little over two years and continuing to breath these toxic vapors I contacted the Law Firm of Gadtke, they handle it very professionally and with fast results.
I highly recommend the Law Firm of Gadtke in any Lemon Law case, they are truly professionals and they know your Lemon Law rights. They will get you the results that you deserve and what you are entitled to!!

In December of 2014, I purchased a used BMW from a dealer in Wisconsin. The buyers guide checked out clean and passed my initial visual inspection. After purchasing my car from this dealership, on the drive home I started experiencing issues with the brakes. The next day the car was in the shop and I incurred a bill of around $1,500. When January 2015 came around, I experienced a myriad of car troubles and had to deal with numerous repairs and conversations with the dealership. My finances took a major hit as I incurred around $3,500 in automotive repair costs within the first month of 2015. As a recent college graduate making his first vehicle purchase, spending $3,500 on vehicle repairs in addition to the downpayment for the car that supposedly passed inspection with no issues was unacceptable to me. I decided to take action and reach out to Gadtke Law Firm hoping they would fight to recover my losses.

On January 28, 2015 I reached out to Gadkte Law Firm and received a response immediately. I was surprised to see how quickly they responded to my initial inquiry. I put a packet together that would form the basis of my case at the request of Gadtke Law Firm. I e-mailed copies of the vehicle purchase contract, buyer's guide, and vehicle repair records for review. Within 1-week, Gadtke Law Firm responded and said they would be able to help me. Throughout my year long process I worked closely with Todd Gadtke and Dawna Stewart. Todd was very flexible with my busy schedule and for months we worked comfortably together via phone conferencing and e-mail. Dawna was more than helpful in answering any questions or leaving messages from me for Todd when he could not be reached or busy with other cases. On October 27, 2015 I submitted my discovery responses (interrogatories). I was asked to list all people who had knowledge regarding my case and explain my situation in length via word document (in writing). It was my first time submitting a lengthy legal document to a law firm, but Dawna was more than helpful. Any time I had a question or needed clarity, she would break every section down and made the process very easy to understand. On February 11, 2016 I had a mediation meeting that brought the dealership and I to Bassford Remele Litigation Firm to potentially settle the case. The mediation meeting was unsuccessful as we could not reach a settlement I was happy with. A few weeks later in the month of March, Todd followed through with a high level of professionalism and dedication to his craft. He was able to get me an amount I was happy with and worked diligently to close the case.

Overall, my experience with Gadtke Law Firm was positive. I was up and running with the legal process once I was able to submit all of my vehicle purchase and repair documentation. Although the process was lengthy, Gadtke Law Firm is like working with a well-oiled machine. We had purchased a brand new four wheeler and it was a lemon right out of the box. It was in for repairs for what seemed the entire summer which was sad for us because we like to ride the most during that time. We kept getting the machine back unfixed with even more problems. We finally got help with this firm. We thought it was going to be a quick thing to get our money back since it was an obvious lemon but the company fought us tooth and nail.
